For urgent medical issues that cannot wait until regular office hours, please call the St. John’s Health operator at 1.307.733.3636 to be connected to our after-hours nurse line. Children’s Hospital Colorado and its experienced pediatric nurses are available nights and weekends to answer your urgent questions. Paintbrush Pediatrics and other pediatric practices in Jackson also provide an on-call physician for emergencies and issues that cannot be resolved by the after-hours nurse line.
We accept many major insurance carriers, including BlueCross BlueShield (including all out-of-state BC/BS), United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicaid (Wyoming and Idaho). If you don’t see your carrier listed, please contact our office for more specific information.
We maintain a confidential record of all of our patients’ vaccinations on the computerized Wyoming Immunization Registry. Multiple options for requesting an immunization record for yourself or your child are available at the Wyoming Department of Health immunization records page and they now provide a mobile app for accessing your information. You may also contact our office and we can have a copy ready for you, usually within 24 hours or less. We can have this sent or faxed to the requesting institution, such as your school or daycare, if needed.
